Hanna, I was introduced to you through Arti Ortega right after your diagnosis. I remember back to the despair Arti conveyed and emphasized with all who knew/loved you, but had no idea at the time what an incredible soul you were. Reflecting back on memories that stick out - your trip back to South Africa, getting fresh air as you were pulled behind a bike, friends holding candlelight vigil outside your home, writing Bedsores and Bliss. When Arti and Teresa were planning a visit, Arti's face lit up with anticipation of time spent together. Then upon there return, Arti glowed with the magical energy you radiated in her presence, but then sadly added that your diagnosis was so unfair.
