Right after hearing the news of your passing, it didn’t feel real, and words and emotions would not come. But now, a few days later, I have finally been able to cry. Dear Hanna, thank you for loving me so deeply. Being your student is something I am proud of—now and always. I don’t know how many years remain in my life, but until the day I join you there, please wait for me just a little longer. I look forward to the day we meet again. With love. Mayu
