Hanna, We've not met but I feel like I know you. When I was diagnosed with ALS I looked online social media for lifelines. You have been one of my lifelines! Your willingness to be vulnerable showed me a path forward that could still be joyful and silly and beautiful. Thank you. I have thought often of this quote I want to share it with you as you move toward beautiful transformation. “Keep death present in your consciousness, as one of the greatest mysteries and as a moment of incredible transformation inbues this moment with added richness and energy that is otherwise used up in denial.
